DESCRIPTION

石墨电极乳头用于将两个或更多个电极连接成列。其目的是在电弧炉炼钢过程中实现电极的连续使用。具有传统外螺纹表面的乳头是延长电极长度的重要夹紧装置。这样做可以避免冶炼中的非生产性消耗。

作为技术制造商,我们知道石墨电极体与接头之间的不匹配会导致电极在使用过程中断裂。这不仅仅是冶炼中的非生产性消耗,而且还增加了钢水中的碳含量。由于这些原因,所有电极接头都由我们的工厂生产,而不是购买。
